Five Star provides residential and commercial contracting services — including painting, drywall repair, remodeling, and other related work. We clearly list specific services, timelines, and pricing in a written estimate or agreement before we start. This way, you know exactly what is included before any work begins.
2. Estimates & Proposals
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If unexpected conditions arise or you request additional work, we will update the estimate. Any changes to the scope of work are documented in writing and pricing/scheduling adjustments are made if necessary — keeping you fully informed.
3. Deposits & Payments
Deposits, progress payments, and final payments must be made as stated in your agreement or proposal. Late payments may result in work being paused or rescheduled until payment is received, ensuring fairness and keeping your project on track.
4. Scheduling & Access
We make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe. You should provide property access during normal working hours and remove or protect personal belongings so we can work safely and efficiently.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranties or guarantees are included in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made after we finish the job. Please follow all maintenance recommendations we provide.
6. Liability
We carry proper insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work listed in your contract and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless required by law.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice. If we have already purchased materials or started work, deposits may be non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed to avoid unnecessary costs.
